Services Offered

Ahmed Cooling Center provides the following repair and maintenance services in Jeddah:

• Repair and maintenance of all types of air conditioners
• Refrigerator and freezer repair
• Automatic and semi-automatic washing machine repair
• Dishwasher repair
• Washer dryer repair
• Regular maintenance of home appliances

Our services are available 24/7 across all Jeddah neighborhoods.

Pricing and Payment

We offer transparent and clear pricing for all our services. The final price is determined based on:

• Type of appliance and fault
• Required spare parts (if any)
• Complexity of the repair process
• Location within Jeddah city

Important Note: You will be informed of the estimated cost before any work begins. We do not start repairs without your approval of the price.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Mada card, Bank transfer, or STC Pay.

Repair Warranty

We provide a warranty on all repair work we perform under the following terms:

• 30-day warranty on repair work
• Spare parts warranty as per manufacturer's warranty
• Warranty covers only the repaired fault
• Warranty is void if the device is tampered with by another person after repair

Warranty Exclusions: Faults resulting from misuse, power fluctuations, natural disasters, or unusual commercial use are not covered by the warranty.

Appointments and Cancellation

When booking a repair service appointment, please adhere to the following:

• Provide accurate address and correct contact number
• Be present at the location during the scheduled appointment time
• Notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you wish to cancel
• A visit fee may apply if cancellation occurs after the technician has arrived at the location

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the fault and the device
• Provide safe access for the technician to the device location
• Keep children and pets away from the work area
• Pay the agreed amount immediately upon completion of work
• Not request the technician to perform work outside the agreed service scope

Liability Disclaimer

Ahmed Cooling Center is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing faults in the device before technician's intervention
• Damages resulting from improper use after repair
• Indirect losses such as food spoilage in the refrigerator before technician's arrival
• Delays in arrival due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, road closures)

Intellectual Property

All content on www.ahmedcoolingcenter.com including text, images, logos, and design is the exclusive property of Ahmed Cooling Center. No content may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of our services will be resolved according to Saudi laws and the competent courts in Jeddah city.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the update date. Your continued use of our services after modification means your acceptance of the new terms.
